Event Review: Peter Hook & The Light – A Night That Showcased Excellence at Every Level
Last night’s Peter Hook & The Light event at Komedia was a standout moment for everyone involved, and from the perspective of Staunch Security Management, it was exactly the kind of night we take pride in delivering.
A Venue We Trust – and That Trusts Us
Our ongoing relationship with Komedia has grown into a genuine partnership. Their team is professional, organised, and consistently committed to creating brilliant experiences for both artists and audiences. Working with a venue that values communication and preparation as much as we do sets the stage—literally—for a smooth and successful event.
The synergy between our teams ensures we can focus on what matters most: safety, efficiency, and a welcoming environment.
Crowd Management at Its Best
With a legendary act like Peter Hook & The Light, we anticipated high energy and high attendance. Our team was fully prepared:
-
Clear entry procedures
-
Respectful but firm crowd guidance
-
Visible presence without being intrusive
-
Real-time communication across all posts
The audience were enthusiastic but cooperative—exactly what you want at a show like this. Our staff handled everything from ticket queue flow to stage-front monitoring with professionalism and confidence.
Smooth Operations, Start to Finish
There were no major incidents throughout the night, a testament not only to our team’s vigilance but also to the collaborative planning with Komedia’s management.
Backstage and artist movements remained secure and discreet. Front-of-house ran seamlessly. Exits at the end were efficient, calm, and controlled.
A Night We’re Proud Of
Events like these showcase how effective security isn’t about being seen—it’s about creating a space where everyone can enjoy the show without interruption or concern.
We’re proud of our team, proud of the relationship we’ve built with Komedia, and proud to have supported such a memorable performance from Peter Hook & The Light.
Staunch Security Management looks forward to many more successful nights at Komedia.
